MyEverLife is not responsible for advisor actions taken outside the scope of the platform or in violation of advisor agreements.

8. Message Scheduling, Release & Delivery

MyEverLife allows users to create messages intended for future delivery.

Messages may be released:

  • On a specific future date
  • While the user is alive
  • After death, based on user-defined conditions

All release timing, recipients, and conditions are set solely by the user.

9. Death-Based Message Release

For messages scheduled after death:

  • Release follows the user’s instructions
  • MyEverLife does not independently verify or determine legal death

Release may rely on user-defined verification methods or trusted proxies

10. Proxies & Third-Party Authority

Users may designate a Proxy to manage or release messages that do not have a predefined release date.

10.1 Proxy Actions

When a proxy releases a message:

  • The action is taken at the proxy’s discretion
  • The proxy acts independently of MyEverLife
  • MyEverLife does not review, approve, or evaluate the release

10.2 Limitation of Responsibility

Messages released by a user’s proxy are not the responsibility of MyEverLife Inc.

MyEverLife expressly disclaims all liability related to:

  • Timing or appropriateness of proxy-released messages
  • Emotional, relational, legal, or financial impact
  • Disputes among family members or recipients
  • Proxy misuse, errors, or decisions

Users are solely responsible for selecting and authorizing proxies.

11. Data Retention

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill legal obligations.

Legacy content may be stored long-term or indefinitely in accordance with user instructions, including multi-decade or generational delivery.
